Complaint against Victorian Plumbing

Having spent a lot of money with Victorian Plumbing I would have expected a better service. Firstly the delivery was literally thrown on the front drive on a pallet in the pitch black dark although I had informed them I needed delivery in daylight as it was a building site with very little light. The driver drove off before we could check the correct items had been delivered. 2 items were incorrect and had to be collected and redelivered. On opening the other items 2 of them were badly damaged, unfortunately due to the situation we were unable to keep to the 48 hour deadline to inspect the items. They were completely unhelpful and refused to exchange the items. We had to reorder the damaged items and they insisted we had to pay for a full pallet deliver an extra £34.99 despite the items being light and small. There was no-one senior to speak to and they didn't seem to care at all about helping us out. We would have been putting a lot of business their way but instead we will now only go to Victoria Plumb who are by far the better company with a excellent customer service and fair returns policy.
