I ordered a dual riser thermostatic shower from Victorian Plumbing and within 14months the thermostat stopped working leaving my family with inconsistent and now no hot water from the shower. On the website they advertise the product as covered by a give year guarantee. After several emails and me chasing with phone calls the tethnically team told me all parts except the thermostat are covered by that warranty and that the thermostat is on my guaranteed for 1 year! They refused to honour the website details and are still advertising it as such. They havent printed my review and said it will cost £179 to replace that part. Disgusting. They didn't even email or call me to let me know... I had to keep calling them. Will NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.
