Complaint against Furniture 123

Bought 2 cabin beds delivered on the 9/04/2018 didn't get to check them until 30th april as we was decorating 2 bedrooms. When we opened one of the boxes we had 8 items that was damaged so called them and was told they won't replace and but can give us replacements at a cost to us always quoting the website T&C state you must check within 5 days. I have spoke to them telling them the consumers act is 30 days from being delivered and what there doing is illegal. I have provided pictures and gave them enough time but im not getting anywhere. Consumers Act 30 days to refund or replace at no cost to me they are breaking the law
