Complaint against Home Bargains

i returned faulty hoover which also gave me an electric shock after serveral visits to the store i was repeatedly told it had been returned to the manufacturer eleven weeks later i find out it was never returned and they now want me to accept a faulty hoover back without an apoly nor a refund even though i had no choice because of the delay to purchase a hoover from somewhere else , they dont deal with the complaint nor respond to request for a phone call i am appalled at the service given and they will not even reassure me that the hoover is safe
