Complaint against Healthy Living Direct

I wish to complain on behalf my mum as she placed an ordered 28/09/16 cheque was cashed 07/09/16 we have made 2 phone calls to the call centre where the customer service is appalling no Customer rapor what so ever unable to help I shall be making my final call on Friday if the order is not received I shal be contacting kelvin Mckenzie editor of the sun and also office or fair trading
