Complaint against No Flame E-Cig

During March,2017 I received tobacco products from no flame and £49.99 was paid from my account. I wrote to the company advising that I wished to cancel any future orders and advised that no further payments were to be taken from my account. On 4.4.2017 I received two more packs of tobacco refills and advice notice that the cost was £49.99 I did not authorise any further payments from my account. If this company persisits I will regard this as criminal conduct and have it investigated by the police. JamesD

I have spoken with staff at no flame and they have agreed to close my account and refund £25 within 7 days. Must say the lady I dealt with was very helpful and understanding. I trust this will finalise the problem. JamesD
