Complaint against No Flame E-Cig
I was first offered £50 partial refund, but when I didn't go away this was upped to £75 which I reluctantly accepted. When asked if I was happy with this I said no. I was then asked what would make me happy and I said a full refund. After a short time on hold they agreed to a full refund if the e-cig and refills were returned to Netherlands at my expense. I agreed. Shouldn't cost too much, but even if £20 that still £45 better than the £75. Insist on a full refund.
