Complaint against No Flame E-Cig
I responded to a survey conducted by virginmedia.com. and received a noflame ecig as a reward. I had to give my bank details to cover p&p of £4.95 on 22/03/17. I have just checked my bank account and noflame have taken (in my view stolen) £79.99 without my authorisation on 05/04/17. I want this money refunded, i am living with unoperable cancer and as a result i have to live on benefits. Thank You in anticipation. Yours, Nige Dean.
