Complaint against Card Factory
I have placed an order at 4:53 and realised I shouldn’t be paying with the card I have paid by. So tried to cancel the order and it said online that I could do it within 30 minutes of placing my order so I did it at 5:18 and send emails to the customer service that I was trying to cancel it. And been told will be contacted within 24 hours. Got an email at 11:09 saying my order was produced already they can’t do anything now. My question is why is this 30 minutes time slot to cancel it then if there’s nothing like that originally? If someone was to say it after couple of hours that ur order can’t be cancelled now why this promise?
