Complaint against Card Factory
On the 7th November 2017 at 13.39 I was purchasing a card in the Horsham branch of Card Factory. I was not given any change as the assistant claimed there was no small change. No other customer was being given change. In the circumstances I paid more for my purchase and feel this was not dealt with properly by the assistant who made no attempt to deal with the situation. In view of the fact that most items in Card Factory deal in sums that require one penny change this is unacceptable. In the course of the day this assistant obviously over-charged many customers and the situation cannot be allowed to carry on.
