Complaint against Kustom Clothing
With so many custom clothing companies out there, it's best to work with people who care about their service, their product and their customers. Kustom Clothing is, alas, not a company that cares about any of these three entities. Very poor quality product, and even worse quality customer service. Twice we have been sent product not matching hex code, not matching requested colours (ie: we were sent blue hats when we ordered green...they were also very poor quality hats), not matching the beautiful mockups their designers have made. And, on notifying them of this we were met with excuses, blame placed on us and ignored phone calls, no replies to emails, promises of prompt replies followed by silence, chasing. Mistakes happen, that is fine - but a good company accepts when a hex code does not match a product and accepts that they have not fulfilled their side of the contract. An apology and making things right is always the right business decision. Treating a customer with the upmost disrespect is insulting and pushes a business into disrepute. 1. First order we clearly ordered green hats...we were sent blue hats 2. This was blamed on us, despite 4 emails stating the clear order of Green 3. 10% discount offered on future orders 4. Sample sent that was spot on, we were happy and ordered 20 more 5. 20 Run orders did not match hex code, or the visual and not the sample. We ordered sky blue and got dark blue 6. Denials and excuses 7. Silence 8. Informed if we were unhappy then we should talk to our lawyers. With so many custom clothing companies out there, it's best to work with people who care about their service, their product and their customers.
