Complaint against Beauty Bay

I ordered an eyeshadow palette and paid for next day delivery last Wednesday, I received a confirmation email at 3:46 which is before the time they said I needed to order it for next day delivery and I also got a dispatch email that night. I didn't receive my delivery Thursday or Friday so I emailed and got a reply with a link to my tracking information, which contained the wrong time and date for when my order was placed and said nothing else. I then sent a second email asking for a refund on my postage and to know when my parcel would be delivered to which I was told that it had been dispatched and nothing about my refund. I then sent another email as I was unhappy with the response and have sent several since but have still not had a single reply, I still don't have my package and there is still nothing else on my tracking info, and I can't even ring anybody because when I do I'm told they aren't taking phone calls and I have to email. I honestly dont think I've ever been so unhappy with a company😡
