Complaint against Beauty Bay
Beauty bay have made me feel like a criminal. They had previously blocked my account from ordering goods due to me purchasing gifts and sending them directly to friends. They said that I was trading through them when I 100% was not. After many months, they sent me an email saying they 'missed me' obviously wanting me to use them to purchase things. I then emailed them with this, stating that they knew full well that they had blocked my account and that email was completely insensitive as I was so distraught at being blocked in the first place. As a result, they agreed to allow me to order as long as it was sent to only one address. This had been fine and I continued to order, but on a Sunday night, an order was cancelled and I received an email to say that my order had failed standard security checks. When I queried this via Facebook, they advised that this was done in error and there is a clear note from management saying that I could order. As I had also queried by email, I received an email later in the day to say that they cannot disclose anything further. I was very upset by this and forwarded the message to Beauty bays Facebook and stated that I was very upset by this and their response was 'for security we can't discuss further' It's my security, I feel like I'm being treated unfairly and I don't know if they are still allowing me to make orders.
