On 28th December 2016 I ordered a product from beauty bay which cost me £29 with free delivery, it is now 4th January 2017 and I still have no parcel when it was 2 day delivery! I've contacted MyHermes about the parcel but they informed me that they are a completely different company to Hermes. Everyday the location of my parcel has changed when I've gone to track it online, 3 times it has been sent back to my local courier, one day there was a delay due to the access of my address (which is concerning considering I live in a row of houses on a quiet street with no road works blocking any entrances), it then said I had to wait 24 hours due to a delay and then of course it was bank holiday so there was no delivery services, but now for 2 days I have been told 'due to be delivered today' and now I'm quite frankly ANNOYED! I've contacted beauty bay numerous times and have had no reply! I asked where my parcel was (as I was told by MyHermes to contact the retailer) and if it wasn't delivered by the end of the week I want a full refund. Due to them. Not replying I suggested that it is a scammed website and that they are just stealing money off people! Even after saying this to them I still have no reply and I'm getting very IMPATIENT!!! I just want my parcel or a refund!! Would not suggest ordering from this website and I've never normally had problems with Hermes before but since ordering from this website it has been one massive problem!
