Order placed 24/11/16. Nothing received. Emails chasing getting nowhere.
Complaint against Beauty Bay
We placed an order for various items on 24/11/16. We became concerned when tracking seemed to show the order stuck with the courier. Emailed BeautyBay to be told order lost, sorry, you should have been informed. We asked for replacements to be sent. Waited, heard nothing, received nothing. Chased again to be told one item now unavailable. I asked for the remaining items to be sent and a refund for the unavailable item processed asap. Again, no response. I've sent numerous emails asking that they ensure the items are sent today by a service that will deliver them to us tomorrow, and that a refund is processed today. Silence. Can't get through by phone. Shocking customer service.
