I placed an order in 28/03/19 for 2 products. Expected then to arrive 2/04/19. When I didn't receive them on the expected date I checked the tracking to discover they had been successfully delivered on 02/04/19 at 1.01pm. I didn't receive a slip in my letter box to say a delivery attempt was made. I checked around my house and with neighbours there was no parcel anywhere. I emailed beauty bay on the 03/04/19 to query this. They replied with a list of questions, asking me where I had checked and have I made sure to check everywhere and with neighbours. After a few emails back and forward I was told the courier would redeliver on 09/04/19. It is now 10/04/19 and I still haven't received my parcel. I have asked on numerous occasions for a full refund my requests have been ignored! I'm extremely disappointed and annoyed about this. This emailing back and forward has been going on for over a week. All I want is my money back !!!
