No delivery of my new ordered scooter
Complaint against Pro-Tec Mobility Trading
On 27th june ordered a freerider knightsbridge 3 wheel scooter, paid on phone and was told i will be receiving a call in max 2 hrs informing date of deivery. Nobody called.. after more than a dozen of trials to call them(always ander machine were i left msgs) someone answered , checked came back assuring delivery of scooter wednesday 3rd july. This company did not send me an e.mail (like every other company) confirming selling me the mentioned scooter or did even confirm any delivery as done on phone. Scooter still not rcvd. Very hardly got in touch yday morning the same mz who made my order told me they dont know when is the delivery (hundreds of !!!!! Marks). Today morning her collegue answered me, was astonished how i did not recrive scooter yday and assured it will be today. Asked him to confirm again after double checking. Yes he promised but never came back as his mz collegue...and also i never been able to get in touch with him or anyone again. What can you say or judge this company?? I will proceed and call Ombudsman and see what can they help me with . After reading other complaints i prefer to make a refund for my 1225 pounds, and buy from any (they are many other professional company.
