[RESPONDED] My order has't been arrived. Customer service doesn't reply my email.

Complaint against Biuky

Order no: BIU-164187 I have ordered items on 8th September and received a notification of the delivery date on 12th September. However there is no sign of Items to be delivered since. Tracking site was in Spanish and I couldn't understand. I've emailed customer service for delivery status update a couple of times, but no one replied. Their website seems not working. I wonder where my items are now and when to be delivered...

Hello Emi, Your order results to be in transit with our shipping company. The shipping company itself communicated that you were not at home when they tried to ship the parcel, so that now it is stored in their warehouse. We are already in touch with the shipping company to let them try another time the delivery. Kind regards


If the delivery company attempted delivery, why they haven't left a card which normally do? And why they aren't re deliver the item? Which date did they come? We still haven't seen neither a card nor items. Please give me a reference number and contact no. for the delivery company and I will contact them.


I still haven't received anything. Can you tell me what is happening?
