I had a mobile phone from sainsburys with a contract which ended in January I was told I would receive double points on all my shopping until July I noticed I was not getting them .I went to customer service in my nearest, they phoned on my behalf and was told they would look into it to date I still have not received any double points on my shopping. First of all you discontinue the phone contract and then you don,t fulfill the rest of your promises.
