What a terrible shopping experience Sainsbury's , rude security staff shows no REPECT to customers. I shopped in Sainsbury's 2 days ago,, while i was waiting to check out I took a 5 sec short video which does not include any staff or customer, only to show what I bought. A VERY RUDE security staff stopped me without any "hello or excuse me" and asked me " Why you took pics" in a very rude attitude. I said there is no sign at all to tell customers " No Photography" , he said that is the store policy. I was not very happy but I accepted the store policy to deleted the pics in front of him. I told him I don't like your attitude when you are talking to customers like this, you could be more politely. Do you know what he said, he said " I DON'T CARE !!! " . After that he asked me " Why you buy this stuff? " As a security guard , YOU DON'T HAVE ANY RIGHT TO ASK THIS SILLY QUESTIONS TO CUSTOMERS, and I don't have to give you any reason what I shopped and WHY !!! I am over 18, btw. I put my staff in to the car and went back to the customer service to make a complaint. I said I was humiliated by a security staff who asked silly questions to me . The customer service manager , Zoe, she said she would further investigate this matter and report to store manager. I reported this matter to the Sainsbury's customer care line. The case No. is ENQ-460049 . I am looking forward to Sainsbury's reply, I need a apology from that staff, I don't need 3000 nectar points. this is not about money, THAT IS DISCRIMINATION !!! PLEASE DO RESPECT OTHER ETHIC!!!
