Complaint against Dual Energy

After being ill in bed i came into work to make a payment on a prepay meter with this company the amount that needed to be paid 11 pounds the call staff then demanded 131 pounds as they were going to disconnect as i hadn t called before 10 am i demanded to speak to someone in authority the guy refused i then called back and spoke to a lady who was lovely and she put me through to someone he never gave a name but started by shouting at me he was disgusting and even said i just just didnt like what he was telling me i didnt but id already said id make a payment and he continued to laugh and shout it was awful i ve spent the last half hour sobbing to be ill and treated this way is bad enough but to shout like that truly disgusting if i could minus the review i would
