Complaint against Dual Energy

I run a business and have a prepay meter with dual energy i ve been off work for 3 days ill so the shop has been closed today i tried to pay from 9.48 this morning and finally got through to be told i had to pay 120 disconnection fee to dual energy but i hadn t been cut off or used electric and unless i had called by 10am that morning which i never got through till nearer 11 i was shouted at by 2 different employees one reducing me to tears and had to pay 131 and still will be cut off today which will lose business too nowhere on the email which i got at 11 25 am did it say 10am or else you ll have to pay that surely this is fraud i always pay and pay extra how can a company treat customers this way i m sat sobbing and i can t believe how i was treated i am going to take this further i don t have internet access at the shop i ve had to borrow a friemds wifi to get mail and to send this
