Maria Toussaint: 1/5 Stars 25/01/2020 Name change I booked a hoilday going on Saturday next week, after being sold a package deal that was more expensive as we went along, and I felt I was pressured into all the add ons, one of the passager as not got the all clear from the doctor which isnt our fault and now I am being charge more than the hoilday its self to change the name so someone can go instead and now I cant use my voucher to wards this how unfair is this not even gone on this hoilday yet I am so upset and would never travel with this company again. Super Escapes has not yet responded. Allure By: 1/5 Stars 19/12/2018 DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY This has been the worst travel experience of my life Booked an anniversary get away for my husband and I, Was pressured in to taking the deal by a sales man at super escapes he chose the hotel all inclusive 3 meals a day which turned out to be so disgusting I can’t even begin to describe it was filled with cockroaches on the bed in the towels and in my suitcases the hotel Did not care the rooms were freezing nothing we asked for like a double bed or balcony was given We were so upset and miserable we checked out and paid extra for another hotel and had to pay for the remainder of the 5 days food for breakfast lunch and dinner Holiday was supposed to be affordable turned out we spent double Super escapes have been so rude and unhelpful not cared at all about the customer took the money and run We have asked for the money back for the accommodation as we did not stay there and they refused offered us an insulting £15 when the accommodation we paid for was £350 Aggressive people on the phone harassing me daily with phone calls and stupid offers every conversation turned in to a shouting match my mental health has been affected so badly due to this not to mention the financial implications of this holiday Do not book with these people they do not care about you and just want your money I am taking legal action against them Super Escapes has not yet responded. Sheila Glyn: 1/5 Stars 21/02/2019 Disscusting customer service This Company only cares about how much money they can get out of you and have no customer service care, they lie and cheat you out off money, after cancelling 2 single rooms and going for a family room they charged the same price as the single rooms, they never have a manager or supervisor to talk to. You are lucky if they off free suitcase as a good Will but never offer to reduce the amount you pay for any changes Super Escapes has not yet responded. Steve Crampton: 1/5 Stars 07/05/2019 DO NOT USE THERE A CON!!! Hi, When we arrived at hotel we had a power cut which resulting in issues.put in a room not suitable for a animal to live in. Bed sheets was dirty with brown marks on and bathroom terribly dirty (have pictures). Payed extra for upgraded room from yourself and the hotel was not aware of this so stuck us in a cupboard like room with view from window was a wall.door was broken too.had to pay extra to upgrade.I told told by yourself we would have late checkout as our flight was 4:45 am but hotel told us to be out by 11:45 am and wudnt give us late checkout which resulted losing a days holiday which was payed prior.not happy with the service in uk and at hotel.was told things from your sales team to sell the holiday but it was untrue and sold me extra things I didn’t need.i have pictures of the terrible hotel.please advise what to do next.i lost money on this holiday booking with yourself and except a discount on next holiday or percentage refund.it was a holiday from hell,got an email back from the hotel saying they wudnt except the complaint which is stupid as it such a mess.if not sorted im contacting trading standards to resolve.we lost a whole day of our holiday that cost us a small fortune,service was terrible after the holiday from yourself.you had my money now didn’t wana know.trading standers being contacted as not happy with the service and holiday. Nadine Campbell: 1/5 Stars 24/07/2019 Charged extra for room we did not get We went on holiday with this company paid the full amount and were asked if we wanted a upgraded room with queen size bed and better view for an extra £20 per person per night which equaled £240 we paid. Once got to hotel the room was small with small double bed and a single bed, the balcony was around 2 foot in length was no space for a chair to fit. Although other balcony's in the hotel were much larger. We have been trying to contact them while we were away and the past week and half since we have been back and have been getting no response. We also paid two other deposits for separate other holidays which we will not be going and don't fly till December and have lost our deposits. This company is a scam to grab any bit of money possible and don't deliver the proper rooms. The holiday in December is suppose to be 3 star in Paris and when i looked up online is 1 star if lucky its dirty and horrible with terrible reviews there selling very cheap holiday at high stakes price.
