Three mobile have 1 sent debt recovery agents to me even though all my bills are up to date. 2 when I was discussing my brother in laws mobile which is in my name but due to him having cancer and him being on a low income they said I needed to prove his health condition. While I was trying to negotiate on his bill. 3 I asked for a deadlock letter to take the matter to a dispute resolution team and they flat out refused to do so and finally refund to let me talk to a manager or supervisor.
