Hello On 16th July 2016, I went into a Three store hoping to purchase a product from three. Approached by one of the sales assistants, he had asked if I needed everything. While we were discussing options about the phone I would like to purchase, he was incredibly impatient by saying "what" and "hurry up" He then requested for my bank card and some proof of identification. Once he had requested it, he then try to hide my bank card and my full driving license under some paper. This was unnecessary as freud is a high act against the law. He then finally said I cannot purchase the phone due to other external checks which was fine and understandable, but he didn't represent this information in a kind and well mannered gesture, giving evil looks as if I had wasted his time. This issue is important as others have witnessed poor costumer services from the same store. So this issue should be raised against the employees who work within the store.
