didnt cancel when they said they had
Complaint against iD Mobile
took out a rolling data sim, used one month i paid for but had cancelled it by phone, all done i thought, then 5 months later i got a bill got 62.00, i rang ad told not been cancelled so they cancelled it again! but expects me to pay the bill, which somehow is now 92.00. they do nothing but send me threats from debt agencies and when i put on there Facebook page along with hundreds of complaints i been told they will block me (for telling truth lol ) total vile company that lie. so many complaints that i have screens shot and i wont pay, i want to go to court..... ombudsman involved now as not paying a bill i dont owe because there staff are useless!
