iD Mobile
I have been trying to resolve an issue with ID mobile since October. I took out a contract in July for my 11 year old directly with ID after contacting their salesman by phone. I was assured at the time the account would be capped. I noticed in October my direct debits had been substantially higher than agreed and contacted customer services. I have had no resolution. No on will call me back, I have asked for a copy of the sales calls and a letter of deadlock for OFCOM but these have not been forthcoming. I have been passed onto a debt collection agency and the accoutability closed with no phone calls from anyone in authority As first promised in October 2017. The customer service is simply appalling and I can do nothing to resolve this because no one will speak to me. After another phone call today I discovered my contact details were not even logged.
