Complaint against IncrediMail
I have had IncrediMail for years. I purchased "premium" in 2004 and "gold" in 2007. LIFETIME. It stopped working months ago and I started to send messages to "support." I was told there was a "high volume of complaints" and I needed to wait. I have sent numerous inquiries since and still they are not responding. This cannot be fixed by me I requested my money returned for this "LIFETIME" product and STILL NO RESPONSE. I'm tired of waiting and want satisfaction for this "LIFETIME" purchase!
