Complaint against Venntro

My Mother's membership expires soon and I need to log into the site to cancel this. Having read the other complaints it seems strange that this has happened so near to her renewal - have you done this to get another month's money from her? You are faceless, the contact numbers are all automated. You had better resolve this or Watchdog will be getting an email from me. My Mother has received a disgusting message from a vile man on this site she wishes she had never subscribed. Please reply by return.
