Complaint against Venntro
I took up venntro's offer to increase number of profiles I could review. However having made a quick examination of what I was getting I immediately cancelled my account with the dating company the following day. I received confirmation that this had been done and my account no longer existed. I did expect to pay the initial 3 day charge but have since found that a further £27.00 has been deducted from my bank account. I feel that this was done without my permission. I have contacted the dating site but I fear I will not hear from them and that momey will continue to be taken from my account. I am going to my bank today to instruct them to block any further deduction from my account.
