Complaint against Venntro

Last weekend I noticed £25 had been taken out of my bank account, to then look at my account and see it was took out by Venntro. I have no knowledge of any websites I am a member of nevermind a paying member! I then proceeded to check my bank accounts and they have been taking money off me for months. I have tried to contact them but have had no success! I will be taking this further.
