Complaint against Venntro

Back in April 2019 I have realised that a monthly fee has been taken out of my account without my authorisation. My bank has advised me to contact Venntro Media directly to request a refund, which I did. Venntro has advised that these charges should not have been made and that I have never held an account with them. However they have only offered to only refund me one month "fee" which still has not been done. I have since requested for a whole refund, which should have happened in the first place but I have hear crickets since. So the company happily has taken a monthly fee out of my account without my permission but is not willing to return funds that have never belonged to Venntro in the first place. How they got my card details is very questionable since my card wasn't stolen and there has been no other unexplained charges.

I wish every one to read these comments before they join Venntro. It is a very bad company setting a trap for clients by leaving them in charge. I did not renew the new term because some many suspicious there. I got charged $150. I terminated it through in the same day of expiry. Ripping Off!
