Complaint against Venntro

Dear Mr Ross Williams and Michaela. Since finishing with Global Personals Ltd in Oct 14, my credit card has been debited on 3 occasions by £64.95. I never had continuing membership with any of the (now) Venntro sites, because I have paid (there and then) to use the service. Under UK Law, please explain why you have erroniously retained my full credit card details (without my agreement) and fraudulently charged 'membership' for a service that had not been personally requested. Without a 'membership number' or password, of course, it has proved impossible to cancel a 'membership' that never existed! Also NatWest (Chargebacks and Disputes Operations, in Southend) - after 2 letters of complaint - have been unable to proceed, since they have failed to identify which company was making the recent regular 6 monthly debits. Consequently, I request an immediate refund of £194.85 to my NW credit card (with details deleted as well), cancellation of the non-existant dating-site 'membership' and a copy of your UK Terms of Business - that permits Venntro Media Group to charge for a formal online service that was not applied for. Time is now of the essence. Looking for early and satisfactory closure on this matter, by Fri 7 Oct. James P
