Fraudulent activity, taken money from my account

Venntro
I have signed up for a month and they still taken £29.95 from my account the following month. I have called them to report the issue but they refused to refund it suggesting there is an auto-renewal for all subscriptions. Something that I did not see when signed up. Site experience was very poor Customer service extremely poor !!!!!! SCAM!!!!!
