Complaint against Venntro

I took out one months membership on smooth singles and smooth singles 50+ In October but you took out a second months membership.... that was another £20 & another £29.95 in November. You have already told me I should have read the terms & conditions... You are misleading people: ONE MONTHS MEMBRSHIP should be exactly that. If you don't refund Novembers payments I am going to the Financial Ombudsman.
