Complaint against Venntro

I registered on one of there sites and paid £27.50 for a month's usage. I was on and off during the but when returning from work the site refused me access saying my email address is in valid (the one I am using now) so it clearly is not. I have received no email of activation but had access throughout the day, I have tried contacting the support desk without any reply, the complaints page says a reply within 72 hours but the complaints chapter says 48 hrs. I have tried contacting there office at green park house in London but the receptionist has no contact details for anyone from Venntro media which I find awfully suspicious. I can not gain access to my account to cancel subscription and delete accounts due to this, it's a clear act of bad practice and fraudulent behaviour in my eyes Your help in this matter is greatly appreciated Ian

Our office in Green Park is a serviced office which is why the receptionist was unable to help you, she does not work for Venntro. My email address which you wont accept but clearly works [email protected] My member id i am unsure of as i never recieved an activation email but was given this 55847450 which doesnt work either but i could access your sight the other day after i had paid my subscription fee of £27.50 for a couple of hours access. It appears from the complaints i have read about your company this is a regular occurance

The support team finally resolved the issue thank you very much, the company appears to do this regular having there own complaints site with many more people having the same and worse. Thank you once again
