Complaint against Venntro

Venntro have removed the cancel subscription option from their dating site and replaced it with a delete your account option. I've asked them twice how do I cancel a subscription and received evasive or no reply.

Very exasperating. There is no option to cancel subscription, just delete membership. Why has the former been removed? I know why and I'm sure readers do too.

Hi David. Once you have cancelled your paying subscription and you are back to basic membership, you will then see the delete membership option.
