[LAPSED] Unauthorised monthly payments reinstated after cancellation

Complaint against Venntro

Used one of Venntros dating sites over a year and a half ago, then cancelled. Just noticed that they have reinstated the monthly payments months ago and have continued to take £24.95 per month from me. There is no way to contact them as the only number I've found has a recorded message saying log into your account to view billing details. I don't have an account as I cancelled it. I can't even remember what site it was as I had tried a few dating sites and Venntro run many on a white label basis. Also, there appears to be a scam site running, this apparently deals with billing enquiries and has an 0800 number to call. No doubt they would ask for account numbers and personal info.
