[LAPSED] Venntro took money for a renewal I did no want

Complaint against Venntro

Venntro appeared on my bank statement - I did not who they were or what it was for although i suspected it was for a dating site but how do you know who they are? They took £90 from my account for "my convenience" but there was no way to stop this if you don't get any warning and they take a "reoccurring payment" from your Visa credit card. I have a "hard bounce" account apparently which means they will never send an email nor will they allow you to unblock yourself. As someone else has mentioned you are blocked from unsubscribing and therefore cannot stop payments once they have your card details.

You can cancel your subscription yourself at any point and this will stop any future payments being taken.
