Complaint against Venntro

I joined with [email protected] for 6 months only I first joined 15 January 2016. When I gave you my card details On15 May you took another payment for same amount using my card details you continued to do this for same amount £29.95 also On 15 June and 15 July making a total of £89.95 you took this money by a card transaction I gave you no permission what so ever to do so. This was not set up as a direct or standing order I signed for neither of thease so why are you doing this, this is an offence I cancel my subscription with you some time ago during the first 4 months after joining I feel very strongly about this and as I am a pensioner cannot afford this money I am writing to RIP OFF BRITON and I expect my bank to deal with this I request my money back for May, June, July,

Hi Mary, I've searched your email address and have located two accounts for you: Just Senior Singles & Just Widower Singles UK. Your full membership is with Just Senior Singles you initially signed up to this service on 11/01/16 on a trial offer for £4.99. As the account wasn't cancelled prior to your renewal date - 14/01/16, your account was re-billed for one month at the cost of £29.95...

After this, you had multiple attempted re-bill errors leading up until 16/05/2016, on this date you took out a new monthly subscription with Just Senior Singles for £29.95. You have been billed twice after the first payment, on 15/06/16 and 15/07/16. When you first made your payment to Venntro Media Group for your subscription it stated within our Terms of Use that we operate on an automatic renewal system and unless the subscription was cancelled it would be re-billed for another period...

From looking at your account I am unable to see any confirmation that this subscription had been cancelled and so for this reason, we will be unable to issue you with any form of refund for the payment that has already been taken. We explain this on the payment page and in the terms and conditions that you agree to when you make a payment...

To find out the date and time that your subscription is due to renew, and how much it will cost, you can log into the site and go to 'My Account' and 'Site Membership' . If you'd like to cancel your subscription, you can do this by yourself by logging into the site. Here's what you need to do: 1. Go to 'Account' and click on 'Site Membership'  2.
