The phone spot called me knowing I was on a sim only deal at £24 p/m with 6G of data. This is on a 30 day rolling contract as I am looking to upgrade and don’t want to be tied into a contract. They offered me £21 p/m with 9G data to stay on a rolling 30 day contract so I can upgrade in the coming months. Sounded to good to be true which I stated but the agent convinced me this was a genuine deal so I agreed to go ahead. A few hours later. I received the confirmation. £19 p/m on 12 month contract!!!! So exactly what I didn’t want. I called there customer services which are based in South Africa and cancelled this. Managed to get through to sales who stated the plan I was offered isn’t even available and that I had been mislead and misinformed by said agent. This company are a disgrace. I feel humiliated by the blatant lies and shall be going down the complaints procedure.
