[LAPSED] appalling customer service

Complaint against The Phone Spot

I spend hours on the phone trying to contact the phone spot customer services. I called 2 times to cancel the order I placed over the phone. They assured me it has not been processed, but they still went on with the order and my contract has been upgraded. After I sent the handset back I did not get confirmation from them that they received it and cancelled the order. I spend hours in Carphone Warehouse with the manager sorting out the issue. Still my phone upgrade has been moved by 6 months now. I went through tremendous stress dealing with Phone Spot customer services, it cost me time and money.
