[LAPSED] contacted about an upgrade

Complaint against The Phone Spot

they contastly rang my phone for 3 hrs until I finally gave up and answered, I was told about the upgrade that I would receive an email with all my details about the call all my contact number and nothing, the phone call was at 1.30pm on the 16th December, I received an email finally on the 21st December containing nothing but an order number and a link to sign in to check on tracking my order, my upgrade is due tomorrow and nothing on the website and no emails about my upgrade, and to make matters worse I checked O2 and I can get the phone cheaper through them anyway. I want to cancel with phone spot but have no way of contacting anyone about it
