[LAPSED] continuous misleading information

Complaint against The Phone Spot

I was contacted by carphone warehouse saying that my contact had expired and advised that an upgrade would be financially beneficial. I upgraded to a samsumg S5 2016 and was then told that i would receive my new phone within 5 working days. After this time and no phone i contacted phonespot chasing my order, only to be told that my contract was due to expire the following week. It is now 3 weeks later and everytime i call i am given a different expiry date. Why was i contacted in the first place. I feel that i have been deceived continuously and now cancelled my order. The after service has been shocking and would strongly advise anyone not to use this service to avoid being messed around in the same way
