Complaint against The Phone Spot
After a week long battle with the phone spot i still havent got anywhere...i have phoned them nearly everyday since the 30th july to get my order cancelled. On the 2nd august they requested a return to sender which was returned to their warehouse on monday 4th august at 10.39...now 3 days later they still have not notified o2 that the order was returned so i cannot upgrade until this is done...spoke to them again today 8th aug and they say it will take 3 to 5 days even though i have spoke to o2 and they say it should only take 24 hours after the return....o2 have no information to say it was returned....please please can someone tell me what i can do as im on a tariff without a phone to go with it...im sick of being told different things from the customer service in phone spot
