Complaint against The Phone Spot
Was sent the wrong phone as my upgrade , so sent phone straight back was told will be cancelled in 5 working days , has now been 14 days and still no cancellation . Have called 5 times and still no closers to getting it resolved . Have asked to speak to a manager and have been told no , they have confirmed that the phone is back at there warehouse and that they need to cancel there end , but don't no why it had not done and that there is no contact number to call them to chase this . Total Cowboys !!!!
