Complaint against The Phone Spot

I received a call from someone on behalf of the car phone warehouse regarding my upgrade I was due, after discussing what phones were available, i didnt find any deals that i liked the sound of so we decided on a SIM only contract. I then receive an email saying I have taken out the SIM only contract via the phone spot (1st time I'd heard of this) I then phone up carphone warehouse to ask about it and they informed me that they have nothing to do with this contract that I was being offered. So obviously I have been trying to cancel this order before it arrives in a couple of weeks when my phone contract runs out, but I cannot get a response from anyone from the phone spot to be able to do this.

I've tried phoning and was just left on hold for about 15 minutes whilst racking up a phone bill for not even speaking to anyone. Of you can supply with an email address I can contact instead that would help alot.
