Complaint against The Phone Spot
I had a call from Phonespot and was informed that I was due an upgrade and they represented O2. They gave me a deal and I declined at least 3 times as I kept informing him of comparison costs. At one point he even had to ask a supervisor to see if he could match my comparison Eventually I agreed as I felt I was forced into the upgrade and was informed that I could cancel within 14 days Since that phone call, I have had a bad feeling and felt pressurised into a contract which will cost me way more than what others have to offer. I have since read poor reviews of this company and do not want anything to do with them I want to cancel my order now. The phone has not been sent yet but I want the order to be cancelled now. I do not want to receive the phone and have to return it.
