[LAPSED] I haven't received my phone

Complaint against The Phone Spot

I was holiday with my family when I received a phone call on 22nd june saying I was due an upgrade. They said it was a Samsung S5 and I never received the phone, when phoning about it they kept saying I was giving the wrong email yet I was able to receive an email with a reference number from yourselfs and yet I have still not recieved the phone but am being billed for it could you please get back to me
