Complaint against The Phone Spot

I upgraded my phone and was given a delivery date of last Friday - I waited in to find after having to chase in the afternoon that the phone wasn't being delivered it had been delayed until tomorrow. I have made arrangements ahead of tomorrow only to have just received a text now explaining the phone will not be here tomorrow and you'll be in touch in a few days, no anticipated delivery date??!! I have made plans for my existing phone and had I known there would be these issues I'd have made other plans. This is really poor service
